Submissions must include the following to be complete:
– Agreement statement: “I agree with the submission guidelines for regular poetry submissions to NYC Poetry Magazine.”
– Poem (titled, 33 lines maximum).
– Biography (maximum 75 words).
– Your complete postal mailing address or address of residence, including street address, city, province / state, country, and postal code.
The entire submission must be copied and pasted into the body of a single email and sent to the email address shown below. Do not include any part of your submission in an attachment.
For the subject header of your submission email, use the following:
“NYC Poetry Magazine regular submission”.
Send your submission by email to info@waxpoetryart.com.
The editor reserves the right to make whatever changes are deemed necessary, at any time, to ensure that publication occurs. Unless an error has been made, the editor’s decision is final. However, if editor and poet cannot agree over a particular edit, the option remains to withdraw or unpublish the poem.
